I opened my account a few years ago so reckon would have chosen AU account...you can easily add a USD account as long as the account name matches...once added you will see the option to transfer money in/out for both the USD & AUD account...

Ya. I think Amx has become very sensitive on the personal card front and it also depends on your strategy on how aggressively you want to pursue. In this 14months journey so far, I've opened 7 Amx cards and closed one (Bevy) few days after the AF was posted - 3 personal and 4 Biz cards IME biz...

They indeed have. I'll be closing this card on its 1st anniversary...going to maximise the possible credits. prepaid some of upgrade costs for a stay in July yesterday hopefully get 60 back in March Quarter and then have requested to prepay some in April quarter. The 15k spend FNC is available...
