    That is the frustrating thing, both the 7.00 and 11.40 on 14/11 flights landed on LHI, then nothing after that that we were scheduled on, that is Tuesday & Wednesday

    I have tried to talk to our insurance to inquire if I could claim, I couldn't make anyone understand what I was asking so have now sent an email as I had no idea which form to use.
