I'm unsure of how to use my EK points to get to HNL then. As I cant seem to select a Qantas flight on the EK website. Unless of course I can use my EK points through the Qantas website which I didn't think was possible.

Im fairly sure you can only use your EK points on routes that qantas and Emirates both serve until you get to DXB. For Example Emirates don't fly to Honolulu therefore EK points cannot be used. Emirates do fly to Tokyo but only via Dubai so unless you fly to Dubai first (which is a big waste of...
