Mate once the wine arrives here it goes straight into one of my wine fridges which sits at 14 degrees the climate up here wouldn't allow for long term cellaring. over the short term (delivery, fridge break down ect) I have had no issues which is what I was referring to.

I can drink it in one sitting....... if I have to.

I live in NQ and I get bottles delivered all year round, temperatures are generally always pretty hot and next day generally takes a long time to deliver up here. To date I have not had a bad bottle.

Might be worth a punt, still got some credit and got no Temp in the cellar

I am North Queensland, I order wine all year round never had a drama. A week or so in non ideal cellar conditions isn't going to ruin bottle.

Yes ac it is the Gladstones Shiraz can't find much info on it, I was hoping it was the Yule.

So the franklin river Shiraz arrived, is not the Thomas Yule but was still a Houghton however I know little of this one, how do I post a photo with a I phone so I can post a pic.

Ordered a case of the Houghtons cab Malbec, have heard some good reports of the previous vintages so is worth a punt I think.

Happy to report I cracked my first bottle of maverick twins Shiraz tonight. It's a delightful wine much more enjoyable than the dromana estate Pinot I traded it for. I feel it will get better given a few years to settle down.

Thanks for this, just called and they found a box of maverick Shiraz for me. They had the GSM also but don't know much about it.

Haven't had to return anything from the fo to date however I am seriously considering sending the dromana estate Pinot back. Is the process easy? Any suggestions of a replacement case, looking for a every day drinker now or cellar Shiraz or cab. Any thoughts on the twins?
