I can see that CBA Business Awards still allow for points on ATO spend. They also have an american express option. Any reason why most business owners don't use this type of card?

That should be ok if you're allowed to split up the payments with the ATO (which I think you are). I've applied with Qudos but have been rejected because I have too much available credit (Citibank + ANZ). I might give Bank Australia a go.

Anyone have a definitive list on whats available? I've gone through 40+ pages and the only standout is Qudos?
