What time should we aim to be at LAX T1 for the 8:20 departure to JFK? Poor planning (oops) means we'll need to get to LAX from Anaheim in the morning so just trying to work out our schedule. It'll be a Thursday morning flight.

I have two passes to the QC Lounge (perk of the ANZ FF Black card) which I hope to use in December but I'm also considering cancelling that particular card to avoid the annual fee. Will they want to see the CC at the lounge when I use the passes? Or is just the passes enough to get in?

I'm looking at travelling to NY later this year on W with a friend. Is it possible to request an upgrade for us both to J or are Qantas pretty stringent with the eligible family member requirement? Not sure how'd you prove someone was your aunt / cousin etc anyway. Cheers.
