Been a while since I logged in to the forum. But about 3 weeks after that post I got my complaint resolved. I have recieved the points, status credits and 50$ credit. But have not recieved the flight credit. hm.

Still waiting into my 5th month. Complaint in with complaints team who will 'get back to me'

I am still waiting on everything from card activated in Nov 22. Was told on the phone a week ago that I was eligible and not receiving benefits is very rare. Have filled in the complaint form now and will keep waiting.

Also battling trying to get my points, credits, voucher and SCs. Must admit just quietly I didn't turn on auto transfer until the third month. shhh.
