    I get the feeling that whoever has booked the Shanghai flight has not been available to take the call to confirm the booking so it is still showing as a listing (albeit one that is not available)

    Thanks everyone for your help. I just wanted to log and let you all know the economy product on the new A330s is pretty good - quite spacious. We had seats 25 A and B, and 25A had two windows, which was nice. Thanks again.
