I can understand not permitting users employing ad-block. However, having to also turn-off tracker protection (Firefox) is something I'm not entirely comfortable with. After I log-out, I run extensions that remove session cookies and trackers.

I flew MEL-KUL in March and the offered upgrades were over AUD $600. I'm flying MEL-KUL next Tuesday, booked in June, and again the offered upgrades were over AUD $600.

Got the miles credited, it took 3 weeks. Best of all, I got an email today from Enrich replying to my query, a month later and over a week since the miles were credited.

Had my first experience with the updated Business Class set-up from KUL to MEL. The two biggest improvements are the flat bed seat and multiple storage options. The menu and amenity kit are the same.

Called Citibank and voiced my disappointment with the upcoming changes. As a result, my annual fee has been removed. They also offered to waive the annual fee retrospectively and will credit me for past years.
