Prescription medication when stopping over in UAE

Luckily none of my drugs are on the ban list, so I think I'll be fine. I think.

Prescription medication when stopping over in UAE

The medication is covered by the PBS in Australia, but I won't be eligible for NHS prescriptions in the UK because I'm only there for six months. The PBS prescription is literally half the price of the non-NHS prescription in the UK, so it's definitely worth it.

So, no more than three month's supply can be brought in. Okay, postage it is! Thanks!

Prescription medication when stopping over in UAE

Hello, it's been a while. I'm going on a six-month student exchange in the UK in a couple of months, and I have a question about the rules regarding prescription medications in the United Arab Emirates. I take prescription medication for my asthma, and to save money on the prescriptions, I'll be...

Has anyone ever been let into a lounge by just asking

I wouldn't say that's a fair comparison. If you go to a hotel and ask for a room, the hotel is losing the money they could have gained from someone rocking up and asking for a room and actually paying for one. Qantas and Virgin don't provide entry passes at the door, so they're not exactly...

Has anyone ever been let into a lounge by just asking

I've always been curious as to whether it's possibly for someone with no status to get into a lounge just by asking. So, has anyone tried, and has anyone succeeded?

That actually looks like a really good app. Thanks for that.

    Kogan Back Into Mobile

While I understand that Vodafone has put a lot of money into their network, from my experience if you live in country WA you either go with Telstra or smoke signals.

What's your favourite time of day to fly?

Overnight flights are my kryptonite. A couple of years ago, I flew to New Zealand. I left Perth at 5pm local time, arrived in Auckland at around 5am local time, then had to fly to Queenstown from there. I felt like a walking corpse when I was in passport control.

    Travel insurance with "pre-existing condition"

A great shame. I think this represents a flaw with the insurance system. Here's hoping your insurance provider doesn't scrooge you out of your claim if you need to.

    Worse than feet on bulkheads

Thank you :) Next year is going to be fun. Year 12 is not. I could imagine that becoming a killer reality show! In all seriousness, I'm really shocked at how bad things are at Fairfax right now. I'm also a little surprised that they keep firing actual journalists while DailyLife.com.au is...

    Worse than feet on bulkheads

The trick is to get a balance between putting out to pay the bills, and having a sense of moral decency. That's a balance I want to maintain. I'll take a look at that, thanks.

    Worse than feet on bulkheads

I'm thinking of studying journalism at university next year, but at the rate the industry is going I'm starting to wonder if I should even bother. It's become overrun with sanctimonious grandstanding and pointless celebrity fluff.

    Worse than feet on bulkheads

Maybe unrelated, but how does this kind of stuff wind up on News.com.au? This is Buzzfeed material. Edit: I am referring to the original post.

    AFF Knowledge Centre general feedback

Re: “Frugal Premium Cabin Flying” Discussion Hands down I think it's the best perk offered by any discussion board I've come across.

    AFF Knowledge Centre general feedback

Re: “Frugal Premium Cabin Flying” Discussion Gold membership looks pretty tempting in my opinion. The saving on the Qantas Club membership is great on its own.

    Travel insurance with "pre-existing condition"

I can't imagine how difficult it would be to get travel insurance if you had depression, or even schizophrenia for example. The insurance companies will either flat-out reject your application or charge you a ridiculous waiver fee (usually the former though).

Re: “Frugal Premium Cabin Flying” Discussion Great, thanks. I'll be keeping a backup copy from now on.

    AFF Knowledge Centre general feedback

Re: “Frugal Premium Cabin Flying” Discussion I'd really like it if it were a bit easier to re-download the ebooks after you've purchased them. I've lost one of the emails so I can't actually download one of the guides I purchased.

Canstar runs a good comparison on travel insurance Compare Travel Insurance | Canstar. Obviously it's not just the price that matters, it's the service too.
