ATO (tax office) payments by credit card

Citi PayAll is a good option at the moment - fee free till Oct and can pay ATO via bank deposit. The max cap may mean not too useful for some of you ($35k/mo) but working for me. 1621497489 Citi PayAll is a good option at the moment - fee free till Oct and can pay ATO via bank deposit. ATO (tax office) payments by credit card

Thanks for the confirmation - My ATO spend is not large comparated to what I read on here - I didn't factor time into my calcs, this does add another factor in. Personally my bills are small enough that I was happy to use the Only1 method before that was pulled - the $250 cards make quick work...

ATO (tax office) payments by credit card

I've been buying my local targets out of Vanillla $250s on a Plat Edge - effectively buying points for $0.0102 ea. I can't seem to get local champ no matter how many purchases I make, it never pops up as an option. Having to travel further and further each time is getting a bit annoying, my...

ATO (tax office) payments by credit card

So with the demise of the Only1 I am looking at future options For direct payment it looks like kanga-cash is best value at 0.60c/pnt but very low earn rate. BW Whirl'd similar cost at much better earn rate - but invite only. For a higher cost - Dragon Sgntr or BW Plt at 0.77c & 0.80c/pnt...

    Woolworths gift card thread

My local woolies has just updated firmware, purchased 4x only1 visas on egiftcard - message was something like set item aside and scan next item. the attendant didn't mind approving the purchase but the activation took a good 30 seconds, is that the norm on these updated machines? There was some...

ATO (tax office) payments by credit card

You can't - these cards were EFTPOS - so couldnt be used online. But if you had some, you could go into coles and buy prepaid mastercards using the eftpos ones as payment (through self service). once you had the money onto mastercards you could pay on ATO payment page as per any other credit card.

ATO (tax office) payments by credit card

Oh wow, that is a lot of payments, I thought I was keen with $8k ATO spend - but I didnt get the offer (although I keep checking Flybuys in case I do). If you have been doing this for a while - do you cop the $5 fee or are there normally deals like that fairly often which offset the fees?

ATO (tax office) payments by credit card

That was my thought as well, there was no consideration of the cost per point, which some options were totally outrageous.

ATO (tax office) payments by credit card

For those with smaller ATO bills and have received this offer (targeted) to their Flybuys account - this could work well for you: <<Can't post link to Ozbargain. 1000 Flybuys points (=$5) when you buy $100 ($105 w/ fee) Prepaid Mastercard at Coles >> Spend $105 (on Amex, preferrably with Plat...

    Bankwest Transaction account [General Discussion]

I had my letter about a month back, and my wife's account was closed a couple of weeks before that (in the first round). I checked her Qantas accnt this week, and she has received a parting gift of a lot of points - we didn't make any transactions on that closed account. Anyone else had extra...

I normally use the ATO payment portal, but looking around in the ATO Online services (accessed through MyGov) I can see a BPAY option under Tax->payments.
