Thanks, trying this now after having to call Velocity back to follow up my "escalation" only to be told to wait another 5 business days because they have nothing to tell me. Ridiculous.

3 calls later, the issue is "escalated to the relevant team" and I will find out in 5 business days. They still seem to have no iodea what this promo is. When asked about which team that was, I was helpfully advised that they were the "relevant team to deal with your escalation".

What do people think the chances are of this improving after xmas in terms of pricing and availability? I've never watched flights over this period before... although assume pandemic/economic impacts are unknown.

Looks like 19th December is the last date available for these flights via Qantas - nothing across rest of December or in January/February. They become available again from Feb 28th. Can only hope that they add rewards flights back on after Xmas for this period (or prices drop...)
