HH Diamond match came through for me. For clarity I was Silver level (3stays/8nights this year) with HH and it was matched against my Platinum level Accor Leclub (22stays/40nights this year).

Applied based on my Platinum Le Club status. I've received back an automated response basically saying they have received it. I'll update the thread when hopefully the match goes through. *fingers crossed*

Yes I do agree, its sort of a half upgrade. Its been hit and miss for me with Bris Sofitel when I have been upgraded to the club room. Sometimes granted access and other times not. So hopefully this change will streamline things for Platinum Status.

That sucks. Stayed there for two nights on the weekend, got upgraded to the club room but wasn't granted access to the lounge. Sounds like I was just before the change. Story of my life. But great news for the future anyway Subharpoon. Thanks for that.
