Does anyone know if I can book Oceania cruises via a us travel agent ? if so , has anyone used anyone reputable in the us ?

I currently have an ANZ platinum card and want to see if I can also get a black card for the 75,000 bonus points. Does anyone know if I apply for the black card, will they give me the bonus points ?? Their conditions say if I cancel my platinum card and then reapply, there is a 12 months...

I'm aware that applying for credit cards affects your credit rating, however how often can you take advantage of applying for a new credit to get the bonus points without adversely affecting your credit rating ??

I also use 28 degrees purely for travelling (to purchase things) and Citibank to withdraw cash. Forget trying to earn frequent flyer points when you are travelling.
