They are very common now. Most new phones include one plus they're available to buy anywhere. Even if you have an older iphone without usb c, you can get a usb c to lightning cable to charge your phone as well

I don't believe QLink operate any international flights currently and I doubt that'll change. More than likely there will be a QF mainline configured and painted A220. QLink internationally would be weird otherwise
