Have a J trip to EU in the next couple of weeks (back in first week of Nov). Not really committed to any *A partner at the moment and tossing up between Miles + More, Kris, and Aegean... Any thoughts? Where's the biggest bang for buck?

Yeah, that would annoy me too.. Are you sure you're thinking about the ANC9? I don't have terribly smallest ears (in fact my year two buzz cut had kids calling me dumbo) but they fit around my ears pretty comfortably (very comfortably in fact)

Audio Technica ANC9s for the better sound reproduction (really noticeable difference in mids and treble)... Plus.. still usable if the batteries die... Plus.. replaceable cable... Plus.. longer lasting from a wear and tear perspective... Plus... you get the point.
