Thanks for the feedback, I guess the best thing a customer could do for me is give me some constructive feedback! Things happen that are totally out of our customers control but we have to be prepared to work hard to keep them as they are our business.

I guess if my point is if Virgin can check your bags in 10 minutes after the check in closes and call down to the baggage handlers to give them a heads up, why cant Qantas? A larger company with more staff and resource.

This is a difficult one as labour in Australia is very overpriced, I am sure Qantas would love to support locals where possible but outside influences have made it almost impossible.
