Got it to work now. I had to put a space between first name and middle name, even though the example on ANA help page shows otherwise. So it is First name = John Doe . Last Name = Rae

Thanks VAG newbie! Did all that and still can't get through. I also tried using the e-ticket number (starts with 202) instead of the reservation number. Guess i'll have to give them a call to see what's happening.

Booked SYD-HND for 2 on ANA J through LM website (80k + 169USD). Does anyone know how to select seats through the ANA website? I've followed their instructions on the reservation number and name inputs and it still comes up with an error.
