Things will certain slow up in the LPT entrants. At least another year of restricted OS travel will slow up any aspirants and push the expectations out 5 years. I still don't think Qantas will review the the limit but they may give out special invites to those in the 55-75k band.

When I heard LTP would be a possibility I thought 50,000 SC's would be the number. Having 51,400 SC's has put me in no man's land. Member for 31 years, at my current rate of earning ...another 15 years should do it.

I have recently been told that a couple of Qantas FF's that have attained 50,000 status credits have been invited into the Chairman's Club. Has anyone else heard of this ? Getting to that many status credits is a lot of flying.

All this is still confusing. Doesn't worry me as I fly Bus Class overseas but feel for Adelaide flyers booking on Emirates and thinking they will get lounge access in DBX on their Q cards. Still no respite from QF for Adel flyers since they dumped international flights 6 years ago.

Thanks Frantic, what about on the international legs which Qantas doesn't service. It shows only East Coast and West. Not sure where Adel sits !

Where does the new zoning of cities put Adelaide on the SC/points table. Qantas deserted Adelaide a long time ago so I guess they have now made it official.

Thank you Newk....I don't think there is a simple answer. Anyway I think QF is dead in Adelaide, need to make sure I keep my VA Plat and another One World card. I fear QF will soon be using Qantas Link to service us domestically. At least we are getting good international service !

I am a Platinum and have been since it started and a lifetime Gold. Living in Adelaide there aren't and haven't been for quite some time international QF flights. Am booked business on Malaysian to go KL/Paris on the 26th June returning 21st July. So split SC's ? and what do I lose on the return...
