Time in Changi flies - twice I have almost missed flights! Most of my experience has been budget travelling, no access to lounges, but it is still a great airport to kill time. Take a walk through the terminals, check out the gardens (butterfly, sunflower, cactus, enchanted, orchid, fish ponds)...
