I seem to remember two daily A330s pre-covid to BNE, over the years.

Hi Mr_Orange, Still plenty of 330s on PER-SYD/MEL (over half IME) however BNE has been all 738 since COVID, is my understanding. (Hence avoided BNE as a stopover option on a recent PER-AKL trip).

It seems the amazing staff (who were allegedly high fiving on Alan's demise) are being let down by catering. I mean it's not hard to put an extra $5 into an inflight meal for J pax (and Y pax, I'm normally one of them)

Have just completed that flight, QF71. We arrived three hours early and were glad we did. They have a customer service agent checking everyone's documents prior to check-in and this slows things dramatically. Two hours would be sufficient.
