It took over 4 months for my pack to arrive from HH, however I stayed at a Hilton within that time and I was on their database, full benefits were applied for my stay.

I used a similar Marhaba service in early 2011 that basically amounted to express service through immigration and a speedy transfer to my car out the front of the airport. The agent that met me was with me through the whole airport experience and did make things 'worry free.'
