I’ve just lodged an email too. Had a Finnair classic reward flight disappear last week. I could see it wasn’t ticketed but multiple call centre calls to get the ticket issued got me nowhere. I rebooked an alternate flight but Qantas have kept all my points 😫. Fingers crossed!

Ok - just got through.... apparently they have a "call out" team who will be calling all affected passengers. Going through the process in sequential order of nearest travel dates (makes sense there!). For me, that means I will be waiting a while as we aren't booked until later in the year...
