    I'm surprised to hear that. I'm also VA Platinum and have always experienced excellent Business Class service on board. Can't praise the cabin crew enough - friendly, efficient and professional.

    RSA MEL F Lounge Qantas Official Response (Refused Drinks)

    I'm inclined to agree with Qantas. I experienced drunken behaviour on board a flight from Darwin to Sydney where cabin crew and ground staff were forced to off-load a customer. The same customer was taking advantage of too many free drinks in the Qantas Club prior to departure.

    I converted my loyalty to Virgin Australia and now really enjoy the beautiful Etihad Lounges in Sydney, Abu Dhabi and London. No problems with entry. The Lounges are much better than the Emirates and Qantas Lounges in my opinion. Sadly Qantas has slipped from my preferred airline list after 40...
