I haven’t received any notification about a fee or any other change to my FFFL card. And nothing stated on Citi app when logged in. Was it communicated to others by email?
I haven’t fully done the maths but seems likely Citi manual transfer bonus has posted, but definitely not ANZ auto, and possibly not ANZ manual either.
I’ve received some bonus points but less than expected. I did manual transfers from ANZ and Citi, and auto transfers from ANZ. Hoping that different partners/methods will post at different times.
Does anyone know if the manual transfer has to be from same card every month, or can be from different cards each month, to activate bonus? For example, manual transfer from ANZ month 1, Citi month 2, ANZ month 3.

Yes, good luck, I’ve been trying to claim for months. Even supplying booking email and reference, and boarding passes, doesn’t seem to convince them the flights were taken. Why they can’t just manually award the points and SC is mystifying. Shoddy.
