Had the person behind rest bare feet on my arm rest on a AA flight Honolulu to LA, luckily I was sitting next to my wife and we just put the arm rest up which denied them a foot rest.

The actual immigration smart gate was fairly quick for us but for some reason half of the plane was slow through there, what this caused was a massive backlog of luggage on the carousel and very little movement for over an hour, then the line for customs was also slow.

I wouldn't be too concerned with the LAX immigration times, it took 2 1/2 hours to get through Melbourne arriving on QF94 yesterday.

JB, have you had any opportunity to re-upload your videos?

My last trip was from Melbourne to LA and return, the wait times were worse in Melbourne than in LA TBIT.
