Unable to login. Website login works ok so something to do with the backend of their servers or app. Doh!! Annoying cos I can't downgrade to the old app to access flight details!!

Ouch! I've always enjoyed flying QANTAS. It's a pity they don't value their frequent flyers as much as we value them :-).

I agree 100%. Just wish they'd communicate better. We all stood there confused not even sure where to go to get bus. Had to ask at car rental counter! There was not a staff member in sight to help people. Lots of people asking questions cos they'd never had to do a transfer like this before.

Our return flight fro MCY to MEL was even worse. They ended up cancelling it then bussing us to Brisbane. Not one staff member was seen at MCY. We followed the crowd and all stood confused waiting to see what would happen. Thank goodness we got on a flight in Brisbane and got home 5 hours later...

I've done it at the Marriott Courtyard. Rooms are massive. Cost $60.

Having flown QF for a few trips just did a trip to MCY on VA with my family. At Melb they changed the gate twice which meant we had to go through security 3 times, 2 of those times with the other 100+ people on our flight (long queues). Flight was over 1 hour late (bad weather in Melb so that...
