I usually have a drink or 2 when flying for leisure. Not when I am travelling for work as i will generally be picking up a hire car at the destination / working when I arrive.

When the moment the plane is stationary people spring out of their seat (even though clearly no one is going anywhere) and then the same idiots that do that are the ones that wait until half the plane is empty and they are blocking the isle, to then retrieve overhead baggage and hold everyone...

I have a friend that once carried a cake from NY-LAX-SYD-MEL and it did survive !

As I’m currently sitting in a lounge and watching the family next to me let their son run around and annoy half the people here while making constant loud noise and neither parent has done a thing about it. This is definitely it !

I'm pretty easy going and not usually concerned about what others are wearing, but even I draw the line at bare feet. Its completely unacceptable as far as I'm concerned.

I used Credit Cards as much as possible, but I think there is always a need to have some local currency in cash.

I think it comes down to choice, if you can afford it / get access and deem it to be worthwhile. I personally enjoy the quieter atmosphere / space to relax. I also love the ability to have a shower and put on clean clothes before a Long flight, particularly if you have a late departure after...

So next month i am flying QF MEL-LAX, then AA LAX-JFK and my question is as a QC member can i use the Admirals Lounge at LAX between flights ? Then on my return flight JFK-LAX is there any lounge i can use at JFK as a QC member (as AA is their partner airline) I found the info on Qantas website...
