Has anyone been able to use their Hertz points for a redemption in Australia? Is there some trick every time I get the following message. It looks like you don't have enough points to Redeem a Hertz Gold Plus Reward or the location is currently not accepting points.

Looking at going to Bali from Mel. Options are direct to DPS in 737 for 6 hours or via Perth overall travel time extends to 10 hours and the price is an extra $300 but I can comp upgrade the PER leg to business class. This will be after the introduction of the new seats... Decisions decisions.

Looking for flights from MEL to DPS from the 17th of December onward shows nothing. I can find flights to Singapore in this date range. Anyone have suggestions as to why this would be the case? Seems odd to lock out this period.

I ticked over to gold today on Velocity and noticed on my upcoming flight to the US I can select row 10 in PE, where I could not before. Is it worth selecting a seat in row 10?
