I’m a victim of these changes unfortunately. Flying NRT - DOH at the end of August. When I booked it was showing QSuite configuration and has recently changed to 2-2-2. It’s disappointing but nothing we can do really.

Yes, sorry, CFU is correct. The transit is 2 hours, so no problems there. I know the domestic J class is a little different, however I believed the mere fact that it is designated as 'J class' would match with the OWA rules. Thanks for your input, I'll try again and see how I go.

I am back on hold again after adding additional flights to an award booking a few nights ago. I saw the new flights in ‘my bookings’ and figured everything was ok. Checked this evening and my QR flights have disappeared. Hopefully a quick resolution but nothing seems to be simple these days with QF.

Similarly, I believe my issue, where taxes for flights are nearly doubled after being added to a OWA itinerary, is QF gouging customers who have had it too good for too long. Wasn’t the increase in points for Award bookings meant to be offset by reduced taxes?
