Had my first 'bonus' points posted from the promo...way off the amount it should be with a 5x offer. Looks like I need to make a call and start that journey. Update: they are investigating, should know within a week...

I've had four 5x promotions since Feb, none have posted yet (I know I'm just outside the 10 week window) but when onto customer service for another issue I raised it and they asked me to send a copy of the emails over, haven't heard anything since.
