Yeah i've had the same. Wasn't until I pointed out the fare class on my ticket they realised they had the manifest wrong.

I got it on the Amex Platinum w/ 50k bonus pts (349$ annual). Pretty pointless as i'm already platinum though.

For those wanting to know... I already had an AMEX with NAB, signed up for this AMEX deal and have had the 50k points post to my AMEX account, they should then post to my velocity account at the end of the first billing cycle in a week.
