Loyalty is a one way affair - goodbye QFF

Reading this post made me feel sick. QANTAS. Yet so many good people think they will be rewarded flying with them. There should be a public awareness campaign to alert what sort of service they provide these days. SICK.

Singapore Reward "Rip-off" [Surprised by Award Price Increase]

Must say I don’t get it. Singapore Airlines Reward Rip Off? I thought they are generous that they let you “reserved” your flights. Yes it is true that they up the redemption rates with a notice only 3 weeks prior. Rip Off is unfair. Try book 5 international award business class tickets...

    Citi cards - major changes

By now you would think Citibank executives would have taken notice that a lot of their customers are not using their credit cards. I am one of them. One would assume a lot of loyal customers are cancelling their accounts. There has been a few reported on this post. Instead of trying to stop...

    Citi cards - major changes

Please let us know which card you would use post June 15. (Or do you mean you will be continuing using this card?) I don't know how many percent of current cardholders have ZERO annual fee. This does not apply to some of us, having no portfolios with Citibank.

    Citi cards - major changes

In normal circumstances you would think the "management" has done their homework. To me their action is suicidal because everyone I know who has this card won't renew. I wish to know if anyone has any reason to keep this card when annual fee is due (apart from the Stay 4 Pay 3 deal). Maybe I...

FINALLY! - Citi launching Citi Prestige with Visa Infinite

I took the advice and sent message. First reply they stood by their decision and said the manager will call me. I then replied and told them that I will refer the matter (in a way that it is the merchant's fault, because they charged me in AUD in an au website, product printed from...

FINALLY! - Citi launching Citi Prestige with Visa Infinite

3.4% surcharge on local AUD transactions. Not sure if the world has gone mad. Paid for photobook through photobox.com.au in AUD. Got charged 3.4% foreign currency fee. Explanation from Citibank is that this company is a foreign company. And these are "new" changes to Citibank. Those who...

FINALLY! - Citi launching Citi Prestige with Visa Infinite

Does anyone have their Prestige Card annual fee charged one month before renewal? For the last 2 years, my Prestige annual fee was charged on March 14th. This year 2016, the annual fee was brought forward to Feb 14th. When I queried the abnormality, the reply was "Please notethat our annual...

FINALLY! - Citi launching Citi Prestige with Visa Infinite

Whoever at Citibank that started this should be in trouble, there must be massive number of points being redeemed in the last few days. If anyone joined Prestige this year because of their free hotel night and free airport transfer, there may not be any good news coming. They still do not...

CX 580/581 (CTS) aircraft 744 but no First Class, are they using vintage 747 planes?

Tried to book First Class seat (using points of course!) on Cathay Pacific from Hong Kong to Sapporo, Japan and it says CX580/CX581 has no First Class Seats. Aircraft type shown is 744, which on its own website, 744 aircraft has either 3 classes or 4 classes. So there has to be "other" 744s...

Would someone be able to help me to get a referral for the Business Accelerator Card? I had tremendous help from a member. However, AMEX seems to be grouping Personal and Business applications. If anyone has a Business card please kindly "refer" me so we can both have the 10,000 points...

    Christmas Saver Availability

Sorry if I ask: I am looking for 2 J savers from Japan (any airport) to Syd during Christmas and failed to find availability even with Standard award seats. Not sure if it is worthwhile stocking KF miles if they limit their award seat availability.
