No offers here for six weeks. Six weeks ago I gave them a serve via their feedback button. Coincidence? :).

My points from the same offer in September as well as December are still outstanding. 2 emails have now gone unanswered. In future I shall only communicate with these scam artists by my email address as then I have proof of contact. Using their way of contact leaves you with no proof of them...

Thankyou for the reply. I contacted them again last monday and still haven't received a reply. What annoys me the most is I will probably have to go to the trouble of scanning all the dockets and emailed offers and sending it all off to them again. Maybe some compensation is in order to satisfy...
