I found the food/drink and service to be great. Plus extra baggage, much better seat in small cabin with dedicated lav and you also get an Express Path card. It’s just the little things, but hope you enjoy it!

You would hope so. I've got an LAX flight coming up that shows an empty seat next to me in the Plat Y zone, but Expert Flyer is showing zero Y fares left, which the VA website also reflects. So it might pay to not have seat assignments on this flight as a Plat shadow won't be happening. Plus VA...

DUD-BNE. As part of the new catering a HOT breakfast is now offered on this route. Cold muesli and banana bread used be the the usual spread. This chorizo omelette was delicious! As an aside, the J meals passed security and boarded just before passengers through the main gate. Now that's fresh!
