I am in the same boat - ordered on 16th and so now is 14 days. No notification from Collinson group - no email to say it has been sent (other than generic email from Velocity saying order would be processed which is same as what I imagine everyone else got. ) - no tracking number - cant...

I too received same email for an Apple Watch I ordered on the 16th. Seems like they will honour the order after all. I still have a significant number of points left in my velocity account so will be interesting to see what happens in the coming months.

Keep fingers crossed then. If you check the website it says you can call the contact centre to follow it up - except when you click the link it advises the contact centre in the Phillipines is temporarily closed due to Covid19. So not sure what avenue you have to actually follow anything up...

I haven’t received any email whatsoever. A confirmation of the order placed would be reassuring. The points have been deducted though so at least I have a reference for the order.

Is it just me or is the velocity store getting bombarded with people offloading points for goods this morning. Website is almost at a standstill trying to load pages ….. Considering hedging my bets and doing a 50% spend.
