nothing for me :( might be because my credit limit is just 14k, a little under Signature's minimum credit limit of 15k

I tried asking for a free upgrade, but Citibank wouldn't budge. I guess we can only wait for their offer for a free upgrade.

I upgraded my Gold card to Platinum rewards with existing conditions ($0.00 annual fee) I wish I was offered to upgrade to Signature, but my limit might be too low. What is the minimum credit limit for Signature?

Did you use your Citibank ATM or bank account number when you first registered? If yes, all accounts (including new credit cards) will show up on your internet banking account. If you registered using credit card number, you would need to create a new UserID for any new or upgraded credit cards.

My new platinum rewards card arrived today, glad I waited a few more days before requesting a replacement card.

I see. Does the new Rewards Platinum card earn 1.25 point per $1? If my math is right, that means 1 KF mile = $1.2 spend, assuming the transfer rate is still 1.5 Citi Points for 1 KF mile for Gold and Platinum

LordGarlic and Coolsteps, have you received the new plat card yet? As I mentioned before, the Cust Rep said there is no upgrade offer for me. Today I got a reply via Citibank internet banking, advising that an invitation was sent in a form of pre-embossed platinum card on 15th of Sept.

I just got off the phone with Citibank, no upgrade offer for me :( Well, the customer service representative said I could request for an upgrade, but that means no more free for life. So I declined the offer. I put through 1-2k every month and pay off monthly.

If you don't mind me asking, how often do you use the gold card? Do you pay off every balance each month? I use my free for life Gold card regularly, but have never been offered to or automatically upgraded :( My limit is double the minimum required Platinum limit.
