For anyone wondering… just went through at 2:30am, and only Emirates lounge open.

Has anyone done this recently? Any update on when security opens? And am I correct in assuming that the Qantas lounge is closed at that time, so It's only the Emirates lounge available?

I've just ported across to an Amaysim long expiry plan since Optus stopped offering my previous plan with included roaming. Cash rewards currently has up to $35 cash back, then you add in a $10 credit to put toward one of their new roaming plans, not bad value for my useage! Amaysim Referral...

My next booking is showing in the app, and if I do a "manage my booking" search as if I'm not logged in with thePNR it works, but not showing in "my bookings" on the web. I panicked that I'd lost my MEL-FCO first classic reward when it didnt' come up!

I'm waiting to see what the new Amaysim roaming option is that's being released 4 April before I choose what's next, but I'm definitely picking something that's not Optus because I'm just really annoyed with them about this now!

Yep, I'm on that one, but "...we’ll be saying goodbye to our old plans and moving you to one of our newest mobile plans." They'll add on a "free" international calling add on but not the included roaming. The new plan kicks in at beginning of May.

darnit, I just got notice today that in May they're discontinuing the plan with 4GB included roaming and pushing me on to another plan without. Anyone found anything comparable lately?

My understanding is that the DXB to Europe legs (and vice versa) don't provide amenity kits.
