That's interesting - my initial theory was that the merchant name is now "QANTAS MASCOT" whereas a couple of years ago it was "QANTAS AIR AUSTRALIA" and that it may have stopped working when that changed, but your screenshots have blown that theory away!

I did in 2020, for quite a substantial amount ($5k or so). It's a while ago now and the history doesn't go back that far on the Amex site, but from memory both the standard and bonus points were removed at the same time as the refund came through, and I ended up with a negative points balance...

I'm pretty sure they weren't displaying on the old system either. I'll wait to see what they come back to me with.

JB - did you ever fly to India, perhaps in your 767 days? I recall reading somewhere that apparently the Bombay flights were the least preferred routes for both pilots and cabin crew when "bidding" for rosters?

UNSUCCESSFUL 2x Y to J (or PY) - QF26 HND-SYD on 25/2. (I am Qantas Club Bronze). Plane full of skiers. Luckily had JAL Sakura Lounge access at HND. However my parents were SUCCESSFUL 2x Y to J - QF28 SCL-SYD on 23/2 (also Qantas Club Bronze).
