You need to elaborate rather than make unjustified comments. I've had 100% satisfying CX service, way better and quicker than anything I've had on Qantas.

My quick eye survey saids no they are not students. Mostly middle aged holiday travellers in Economy. I only do Business class for work, and around the cabin it looks to be mostly middle age business travellers. Quite a number of frequent flyers.

Sounds like you weren't flying enough that's why you lost your status. Situation will be the exact same no matter which airline you were flying.

This thread made me check my status. I just reach LTS as well! Not too excited about it. Took me roughly 4 years.
