Got $120 worth of these vouchers last week and was in transit at Changi yesterday. For some stupid reason, I thought we had 3 hours to kill. One hour passes, taking my time deciding what to buy with my vouchers, husband comes bolting over, screaming "the gate's closing!!". Sprinted to the gate...

Used this for the first time yesterday and it was great - queues in the regular lines were enormous. Flew through the smart gates! My mum had problems getting through, i suspect because she was wearing glasses but isn't wearing them in her passport pic.

Grubbidok, I also have Zuji flights that did not credit ("not valid for earn"). Should I scan my boarding passes and submit to retro claims, or just give the GCC a call? I tried submitting the retro claim form online but it produced an error.

My guess is that you will get SCs on the MEL-SIN sector as it's on flexi saver, but not SIN-USM as it's operated by Silk Air. I read that most Sweet Deal tickets are either N or Q fares, which do not earn Velocity SCs. Best bet would be to give SQ a call and ask them to tell you what fare...

It should say somewhere on your eticket document, what the booking code is.

I asked a similar question in another thread and was told for long haul international, it's calculated per sector. So in your case, it will be 50SC :D
