So I stopped using Epicure after they dropped AusPost as a carrier. Have they gone back to them?

I get the distinct impression that the Epiqure program has been relegated down in importance in the Qantas family. The reduced number of events I take to be a good indication of this.

I was lucky enough to book 2x business seats SYD-YVR for 16 Jan last weekend. Note that the direct flights are only for a limited period between Dec and Jan each year.

Ordered 2x Easter Treats and 2x Mystery Red six packs which arrived today. The only mystery I'm left with is why I only received 5 bottles in one of the packs. Email sent to Qantas - we'll see what comes of it.

I got my wine fridge approved today - bought 3 gift packs of St Henri (1x 2007, 1x 2009). Wasn't sure that they were going to like it as it was 6 bottles but bought as pairs. Anyways, very happy.

I recently flew on Horizon Air from San Jose to Mammoth and Mammoth to LAX and while points were earned, status credits were not.

Seeing the 16k points bonus by signing up by today (31 Jan) is expiring, does anyone have any heads up as to what the next enticement will be to recruit more customers? Surely if they are chasing customers, another offer with similar or more attractive terms will surface?

I've had problems in the past with Beaurepairs. The solution was to send a letter to head office with a photo copy of my receipts and of my QF card and they made it all happen without any further drama. Maybe give that a go?
