Can someone please explain to me in simple language how the Emirates Family Account works. I have CBA points I can send to my Emirates account, and my husband has Amex points to send to his Emirates account. How can we combine the points please, so I can book two BC reward seats? TIA

We have SQ J class Sydney - Moscow at end June, then London - Sydney mid-August. One ticket is fully paid, the other is all Krisflyer miles. SQ are refunding/changing up to the end of June only at the moment. Should I ask for our refund now for that one leg or wait until they announce policies...
