If you are relying on Jetstar SC, then be prepared to wait. Always takes a long time, and QF will not update until posted. If you are looking to take advantage of the JAL F lounge then you may be out of luck if you are travelling too soon after the JQ flight and that is what you need to rely on.

Rang them last month after the annual fee for the Plat card was charged. Got put through to retentions and offered 50% rebate for life. Plat card for price of gold. This was after having it waived totally last year.

Forgot to add, the fee is approximately $1,000p.a. so actually more than most can obtain the QP for.
