Hi All, I have done the booking for all of us (2 x Adults and 3 x kids). We have been system allocated 38A, 38B, 38D, 39A & 39B. PLEASE tell me this is PE seating (with Y service, of course)???? I am assuming so because otherwise we would have been seated 'together' with A,B,C asn opposed...

The Brown Clan (5 of us, my daughter isn't interested in going) will book this. I am Platinum, any chance we will ALL be offered PE seating on Y tickets? Hmmm that will be a good test. I think they will drag me down :-) The cost for all of us is $5510 ex CBR - BARGAIN ! ! JB

I have had a few diversions in my days. LAX to MEL on QF94 diverted to SYD for fuel. Took about 1 hr on the ground then we took off without the normal safety briefing which was strange. This was on a 744 and I was in J so I didn't care how long it took.:p Another time I was on PER to SYD...

Just checked with the J Lounge staff and they said you will be able to buy the new tags in vending machines down near check-in for $50 a piece. Haha, as if I would buy them. I have my freebies, that'll do me. JB

Add to that: I live 1 hour from CBR airport (in Yass, NSW) and it makes for a lot of ground covered each week. However, I do get Saturday mornings off (at the Qantas J Lounge).:mrgreen: JB

Hi Flashware, Yeah, combo of family committments (Mrs FF (nurse) starts early on Mon/Wed/Sat thus I need to get kids off to skool) and I have meetings at my office in CBR on the same days. I must admit it is very tiring, but fun at the same time. JB

I can guest: CBR J Lounge...Mondays/Wednesdays/Saturdays...1330 to 1445 SYD J Lounge...Tuesdays/Thursdays/Sundays...1330 to 1500 Just let me know...and you too will be able to enjoy the luxuries of the QF J lounge, and maybe an opportunity to share stories...:p JB
