Okay... I just got back in to my account. I noticed I got a few password reset emails from Velocity. So I tried again, came up with a different error than the "Unfortunately this request could not be processed" message. I went online, reset the password myself and.... i'm in!

For me, clearing the cookies had no effect, it still brought up the same error.

I've got the same issue. It's tied to the Account from what I can gather. I've tried different PC's, different browsers, fully cleared all cookies, etc. My partner can login fine, just I can't get into mine.

So.. Just thinking about this. If I purchase some future travel (overseas flight in August) prior to June deadline, do I need to keep the Amex Plat to make a claim (should it occur)? Or can I get rid of the Amex in late June and still claim through ACE?
