Have you noticed that there is no mention in the Citi Qantas Rewards "Terms and Conditions" brochure about a $19 Annual Fee? Surely they can't charge a fee if it's not mentioned in the Ts & Cs ... I know I did see it in writing somewhere ... probably in a letter ... but cannot find it at the...
