I've now waited 15 days since I lodged the claim for missing points and 21 days since the flight, should I call them up or wait out the full 14 working days they say it takes?

so whats everyones experience with "claim missing points" for jetstar flights. I'm waiting for 30 sc's to take me into gold status and its been a week (i know it says 14 days for partner airlines but i'm impatient) :)

i find that flights from friday-monday on tiger are normally on par with virgin/qantas unless you book early however, mid week flights are usually a fair bit cheaper
