hope someone from woolies is reading this, i am getting very tired of activating all those 'special' bonus points. why doesn't woolies just let the customers know that these specials are available instead getting the customers doing all the leg works, it is really a time wasting efforts.

the arrival card is really hard to use unless you have nothing to declare ( as part of the condition to use the card ) . the departure card is especially great when there is a long queue to go through customs and immigration.

QANTAS BNE-SIN J Class seating just returned from SYD-BKK-SYD on J class last month and was disappointed that the seat was not the new Marc Jacob (?) layout. i will be travelling next month, does anyone know whether the BNE-SIN-BNE has the new seating for the J class ? cheers
