Can someone please tell me if I will be elegible for double status credit offer if I book through American Express as I have a travel credit with them. Are they classified as a travel agent as per the conditins on the Qantas site

I applied straight away and was still not successful, received the same response as others, that is not applicable to residents outside their list of countries when I kept emailing for an explanation.

I applied last November and when questioned why the status match was denied was then informed that my country of residence (Australia) was not applicable.

Thanks for that but had already emailed the service team and received a generated reply asking me to ring them in Germany if it was urgent

I finally received my topbonus card today which is Classic, not silver, even though I registered for the Silver status promotion:(

I googled a translator after I posted on the forum and found that out but thank you anyway. Will just wait and see if it arrives but will be going back to Silver anyway at the end of January. Just hope it arrives before then so I can use it for an early Jan flight.
